How Coaching Works
Coaching is client-led so the journey really depends on the client and what topic they would like to discuss. The destination often unfolds as the coaching-client relationship moves along, and it is a journey of self-discovery for the client.
The role of the coach is to ask powerful questions and give space
for the client to deeply explore the topic they have chosen.The results of coaching are very individual to each person and cannot be summarized neatly in a sentence. The result is often a deep understanding of why certain behaviours or attitudes exist and a plan to make changes that last. Coaching is a confidential conversation and there is often laughter and lots of tears (bring tissues).
What’s included in an initial Coaching package?
30 min sample session (no cost)
6 x 45 minute coaching sessions over a 3 month period
Face-to-face meetings or via phone or Zoom
